Stand With Meg is investigative journalism and a public record built from family-reported submissions. Nothing on either site is legal advice, case strategy, or an emergency service. Writing through a contact form, joining a waitlist, applying to the Bench, or watching a show does not create an attorney-client relationship with Meg or with any lawyer named on the site.
If you or your child are in danger, contact local emergency services. For a decision in your own case, talk with a licensed attorney.
Reports, quotes, state pages, and court actor pages are family-reported submissions. They are not court findings. A name appears on the public court actor record only after the published independent-family threshold and a compliance review. One report is not published as a proven pattern. Stand With Meg does not sell a way onto or off that record.
Children are referred to by initials. Sealed filings, street addresses, and private case strategy are not published as public content. The review steps are on the methodology page.
The survey lives at my.standwithmeg.com/survey. What can be shown publicly follows the visibility you choose. A quote is published only when you opt in. You can ask for a public quote to come down. It is removed on the next report refresh.
Counts and state reports are aggregates. They are not a finding about any one family or any one court actor.
Connection Circles are private rooms for verified survey submitters. Other members see the handle you choose, not your legal name or email, until both people accept an introduction. The rooms are peer support and pattern documentation. They are not legal advice and not a way to contact an opposing party. Sponsors who fund seats do not see who receives access or what was reported.
Paid memberships are billed through Stripe. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Card numbers stay with Stripe.
The Bench is a listing for attorneys who apply and whose standing Meg checks before a name is listed. A listing is advertising. Stand With Meg receives no legal fees and no payment for any client. Applying, being listed, or contacting a listed attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship with Stand With Meg.
The family waitlist shows counts by state. Your email is not published and is not shared as a client referral. Joining the waitlist does not assign you a lawyer.
The Stand With Meg Show, On the Record, speeches, and The Shawn Lee Report are journalism and general education. Shawn Lee’s fraud framework is his teaching. It is not a prediction about any case and not a promise of enforcement. A guest appearance uses its own release. That release controls the interview.
Some shop links are paid affiliate links. Meg may earn from a qualifying purchase. That is disclosed on the shop page. Affiliate earnings help pay for hosting, storage, state reports, and compliance review.
Donations support the public record, reporting, and the shows. A donation does not promise a legal outcome for any family. Donations are not tax-deductible.

Photos, writing, and the Stand With Meg name on these sites belong to Stand With Meg. Please do not copy them onto another site and present them as your own record. Families may share their own stories and the public report links.
